1. Motion to approve the following Board members: Gary Borjas, Director Coaching; Matt Davis, Director, Boys teams; Richard Billson, General Manager. Unanimous vote approve new board members

2. Motion to approve new coaches: Donny Ribaudo, U11 Boys, Matt Teague and Joe Flint, Assistant Coach, U11 Boys, Robby Busick Head Coach U10 Girls, Rich Robles, Assistant Coach U10 Girls; Pete Hall, Head Coach second U0B team. Unanimous vote to approve new coaches

3. Beth talked about the new handbook, collected contact information, and handed out the practice schedule.

4. Practices are at wildwood; BU will schedule a field clean-up night.

5. Tournaments – calendar will be out May 1. Look under US Club Soccer if familiar tourneys are not in the CYSA calendar

6. Our playing league name changed to California Capital Premier League. Coaches need to read the Policy Manual for Division 1 teams and the Metro Manual for D3 teams.

7. Beth to get a form from Wally to elect team parents.

8. The Club is looking to hire a treasurer. We will have to do payroll for all paid coaches and trainers; all funding will come from the team to the club. We will hire a payroll service to cut the paychecks for the coaches/trainers and they will take out the appropriate taxes. Team treasures will need to be identified by each team and they will report, via email each month, to the Club Treasurer.

9. Registration meetings will be starting. Chris wants to show an inspirational movie regarding parent sideline behavior.

10. The “F” coaching clinic is coming up in June 20, 21. Check the District site for more info.

11. Referee clinic will be in May

12. Holding a second U10B, U10G, and U11B tryout

13. Club has an age pure policy. Exceptions require Board approval. If there is no Division 1 team in the appropriate age group, player may play up without Board approval.
