Treasure Report

1. Developing report. Will include new deposits from registration meetings

2. CPA will continue to do BUSC books.

Registrar Report

1. Getting closer for teams. Registration meetings are getting going and done within 30 days. All teams are incomplete and are showing up missing major and critical pieces of information. Coaches need to get their pictures, coaching forms, and if Metro teams, their ref certificate turned in.

Business

1. For every team, we need to know who needs a new uniform (and what size and number.)

2. 7-A-Side (now actually 8-A-Side) – still looking for someone to run it. Kevin Mackall and Jeff Martin volunteered to pick it up. Coaches decided to use practice goals instead of lugging heaving game goals across Wildwood fields. It was decided to play on Fridays instead of Saturdays.

3. There will be a ref class in Paradise this year. Let Chris or Beth know who needs/wants to take it.

4. Board approved all assistant coaches of record.

5. Join national soccer coaches association to get liability coverage – will cost ~ $80 per year.

6. Team accounts need to require two signatures on checks.

7. Practice schedules were reviewed and several coaches selected their practice times. Not all coaches have indicated when they will practice.

8. Watch out for snakes at Wildwood – rattlesnake season is upon us. Make sure players (and coaches) zip up bags.

9. Discussed the need for a light monitor and a way to turn lights on regularly. A conclusion was not reached.

10. Many tournaments have moved to US Club soccer. CYSA does not have as many tournaments this year. There are a lot less rules for tournament and coaches to follow in Club tourneys.

11. We need to find out what coaches need what equipment.
