· Kevin, Jeff, and Mike are field supervisors and will collect money; teams can do other fundraisers if desired. Chris will set up referees; it was decided to not hire security guards, and coaches need to advise families not to leave valuables in plain sight in their cars. Coaches need to identify two people from each team for set up and take down. Setup will be at 5:00.

2. Wildwood field conditions: BU filling holes, fixing sprinklers, landscape company will fill in holes

3. Talk with team about concessions during Saturday league games. Chris won’t commit to doing it. Teams can sign up and BU will hire Chelsea to pick up the remaining times

4. Team parent meeting scheduled 6/18 to talk about Club fund raiser
