1.      Nothing to report

Business

1.      New red card coordinator:  Larry Svetich, 2979 Cactus Way, Sacramento, CA  95833.  Mark envelops with RCBUTTE and Date in the lower left hand corner.  Coaches need to keep stamped, addressed envelops with them at all times.  Let Chris know ASAP if a red card is issued.  She will start the tracking process to get cards back timely.

2.      Remind opposing team coaches that there are no dogs, beer, or cigarettes allowed on Chico fields

3.      Coaches need to get the signed code of conduct and give to Chris.

4.      There are rattlesnakes at wildwood.  Be careful. 

5.      Mike Hernandez talked about the setup and takedown schedule.  He did his best to get teams as close as possible to their game times, but doesn’t always work out perfectly.  The list of tasks was handed out in August and is posted on the website.

6.      Let Chris know if anyone wants to run a concession stand.  Teams keep profit and will need to purchase products for sale, and also provide water and Gatorade for the referees (at Club expense.)

7.      BUSC is short referees this season, lost to college games and moving on.  We need refs, and will host another class if needed.

8.      We need parent reps for the October boys tournament.

9.      Fund raiser will be October 19; looking for donations for food, need parent reps to help run it.  Teams need to sell tickets.  Funds will go to paying for wildwood.
