Treasure Report

a. Finances are low with many outstanding bills.

b. There are still many outstanding registration fees. Players will not be able to register for the 2006 season if there is an outstanding debt for the 2005 season.

c. BUSC does not have a provision, or financial means, to waive the registration fee for coaches kids.

d. If registration fees are not paid at time of registration, the player’s family will need to submit a formal payment plan, with all payments made before the first game starts

Request was made to not hand out team-specific information at tryouts. This is a tryout for BUSC, and team specific information can be handed out after tryouts.
Coaches need to set up tryouts – must have 2 evaluators. If two are not available, let Chris know and she’ll help find them. The Club will provide the evaluation forms. Coaches need to arrive ½ hours early to set up field.
Spring Training will be February 11 – March 4 at Wildwood from 3:00 – 5:00. Cost is $5, age 10-14. Beth will make up flier.
The Annual General Meeting will be at the March board meeting.
The Annual Equipment Show is February 4 at the Hilton Hotel in Sacramento. It’s great to go to for workshops, positive coaching alliance, and new equipment.

Good of the game

The Chico High School Girls Soccer Team is hosting a training camp for 4-10 year olds. Beth will post information on the website and sent out to BUSC families in email.
